Rockridge Commons is a non-profit, community-led effort to activate the vacant property at the corner of College and Claremont Avenues in Oakland.

In collaboration with the landowner and the City of Oakland, the goal is to create an event space to host community-oriented events, taking advantage of the open lot prior to long-term redevelopment.

Events already in the works include a recurring family-friendly beer garden, maker markets, summer movie nights, and concerts featuring local musicians.
